It is made following an artisanal, sustainable and eco-friendly process with 100% natural rubber from Hevea trees. As it is made all in one piece with no holes, it avoids the creation of bacteria inside. Hand painted with natural pigments one by one, so there are no two alike!

To clean, simply wipe your toy with soapy water and a damp cloth. Do not sterilize or store in the fridge.
Our toys must be stored in a dry place. As any natural product, toys might start to mold if left in a wet or moist environment. Air drying between uses is recommended.
Color naturally fades away as time goes by.
Do not leave in direct contact with sunlight or artificial light for long periods of time as color may fade faster.

In-Store Pickup: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing for in-store pickup. Business days are Monday- Friday. In-store pickup for online orders is only available at our La Grange location inside Jackson Square at 112 E Burlington Ave. You will be sent an email confirmation that your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. We suggest picking your items up ASAP, as items are only eligible for return or exchange within 14 DAYS of fulfillment date. You will receive a reminder by email within 10 days after fulfillment if order has not yet been picked up. Any items not picked up after 30 DAYS from fulfillment date will be donated to charity.
Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Surepost.
Order processing takes 2-3 business days (same-day or overnight delivery not offered). Once shipped, packages are guaranteed to arrive within 2-5 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday. Tracking will be provided via email after package has shipped. Spend over $100 for FREE shipping.
Jsqmercantile.com does not ship outside the United States. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Any delays due to USPS exceptions and weather are beyond our control. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
Jsqmercantile.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS to report and investigate the issue.
Returns
Online returns can be shipped to the address below or dropped off at our location. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery with the original invoice for a full refund. Jsqmercantile.com accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Return must have original invoice or receipt. Gifts with original gift receipt are valid for store credit or exchange within 30 days from purchase date (note the purchase date is not the day you receive gift. It is day gift giver purchased items.)
Prepaid shipping labels are not provided for returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. When making return, please include original packing slip in shipment along with the items you wish to return. Send to address below. If you wish to exchange item(s), please email support@jsqmercantile.com for availability of desired exchange item(s). Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Jsqmercantile.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and refunded by jsqmercantile.com. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from jsqmercantile.com).
JSQ Mercantile.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day return period. Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to pay a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact support@jsqmercantile.com within 3 DAYS of receiving merchandise to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
